€60/month/1 x weekly or €100/month/2 x weekly or €140/month 3 x weekly
– maximum 4 people in one swimming lane

Monthly flat rate includes:– individual training planning weekly with the possibility of changing at any time according to the client’s capabilities, …
– consultations, evaluation of training and competitions via the professional application TrainingPeaks
– determining training intensity according to heart rate and defined training zones
– minimum cooperation 3 months – availability: e-mail, mobile, FB, whatsapp– possibility of individual training with a trainer 30e/training + costs for the pool, travel, etc.
– preparation for the race from A to Z (training, equipment, tactics, fun …)You can join the training anytime during the year, as long as there is a free place. (by personal or telephone agreement)

Learn to swim
for non-swimmers
Learn to swim from the very basics:
in a group of swimmers: 60€/month/1 x weekly, or 100€/month/2 x weekly, or 140€/month 3 x weekly individual: one training 45min /30e + costs for the pool, travel, etc.
Improvement

Group swimming fitness training and swimming lessons
Swimming training is from September to the end of June, then we swim in open water in the vicinity of Trnava (Cierna Voda Lake, Senec,…)
We focus on:
• improving swimming technique
• basic gradual fitness training
• swimming training
• swimming training for triathletes
• training divided for beginners and advanced
• we teach swimming even from the very beginning
• improving swimming style (crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
• regular fitness swimming
• you can smoothly join the training at any time, it is not a course, but a continuous swimming
• possibility to gradually try triathlon

Swimming pool at Juraj Fándly Elementary School in Sereď
• Tuesday- 17:00 – 18:30
• Thursday- 17:00 – 18:30
You can join the trainings at any time during the year. It depends on the free capacities. (by personal or telephone agreement)
New participants in training have the opportunity to try the first training for free without obligation. If you decide to continue, the training will be included in the calculation, if not, the training was free.
Training takes place in rented swimming lanes (not public).
The price also includes entrance to the swimming pool.
You need to have your own:
Swimsuit (one-piece), swimming cap and swimming goggles
We can also agree otherwise, according to your and our possibilities.
It also depends on the achieved fitness. All trainings are individually tailored to each person.
Since the number of interested parties is still increasing, the number of clients is limited by time and the possibilities of the swimming pool.

Andrej Orlický helps people who want to improve their swimming, improve their running, or try their first triathlon. Also active athletes achieve sporting successes. Or just support and motivate them to exercise regularly for health and fitness. I don’t promise miracles, but I can tell you in advance whether and how we could achieve your goal together. Everyone who wants to start must realize that Triathlon is a financially demanding sport both for preparation (swimming pool, trainer..) and for material (bike, running shoes, wetsuit, sportswear, races, sports camps…).
As for the preparation itself, everything depends on specific requirements and mutual agreement.
