Course - "Effective running technique"
Come improve your running with me.
I invite you to my individual personal course, which helps improve your running technique. Thanks to this, you will run faster, easier, longer and with less strain on your joints.
We will run together and I will tell you what you are doing wrong and how to change it.. Theory with practice in one.
Using various technical exercises, we will work out the correct running technique.
Everyone has different shortcomings, so our training will be focused only on your individual mistakes and we will adapt everything to your current condition.
One joint training session lasts 45 minutes. Usually 2 to 3 joint training sessions are needed.
The price of the first one is 50e + each additional 25e. (maximum 5 training sessions)
Usually this course takes place in Trnava on the outdoor oval at AŠK Slávia, Rybníková ulica.
(It is possible to agree otherwise.)
We will agree on the dates according to your and my possibilities.
