Andrej Orlický is not just a theorist, but all the elements used in leading the training process are acquired through practical experience. He gained this experience while training himself and his clients. He started with triathlon at a time when this sport was still in its infancy and there was a shortage of specialized coaches. Swimming, cycling and athletics coaches were also high-quality back then, but the biggest problem was combining all three disciplines together. And here a situation arose when each of them preferred their own discipline. That is why he decided to train himself using a trial and error system, with the help of literature, consultations with coaches in Slovakia and abroad. Now he sees in retrospect all the mistakes he himself made and tries to prevent others from making the same mistakes. That is also why the training system is much more effective and successful.
Not every good competitor can also be a good coach. It is a completely different position in this sport. But Andrej has found out through practice that all the methods he used himself and which led him to success, he can also teach others. He can not only evaluate what his client is doing wrong, but also knows how to eliminate or improve it, which is the most important thing when training others. He himself has developed from a very weak swimmer to a world-class triathlete and a competitor among Slovak swimmers. And that is only at a third of the load compared to specialist swimmers. The same is true with cycling and running.
Offer
Andrej Orlický develops effective individual training plans as well as teaches swimming and running for the general public (he currently has clients from 15 to 65 years old). There are options for individual training of individuals or smaller groups. Even for complete non-swimmers and beginner runners. There is also the possibility of joining a regular training team after achieving a certain level of performance and improving technique. The results are individual. It mainly depends on the initial physical condition, regularity, number of training sessions per week and also on individual motor skills. (speed of learning new movements)

References
In almost 20 years as a coach, he has helped more than 400 clients. Some started from scratch, did not know how to swim, or did not play sports. Others struggled for a longer time on their own and after a long period of stagnation decided to look for a coach. Others joined as future promising, high-performance competitors. Using proven methods, he has led many to numerous successes, whether it be medals from the M-SR, but also various qualifications for prestigious races, the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii, or extreme triathlons such as Swissman, Norseman and others.
As an example, I will give a 15-year-old boy, he ran a little. Andrej taught him to swim and cycle, and adjusted his running technique. After just one year of training, he became the best competitor in his student category and won the Slovak Triathlon Champion.
A 25-year-old girl who, with his help, learned to swim the crawl in 6 weeks and, after six months of winter training, managed a sprint triathlon for the first time (750m + 20km + 5km), 3 times in one summer. Before that, she was a non-swimmer and did not ride a bike.
Or a 30-year-old man who could not swim the crawl and after six months of training, swims the 100m crawl in 1:15 and can easily manage 4-kilometer training sessions with a very nice and relaxed technique. This year he is preparing for his first Ironman (3.8-180-42).
An example of a 45-year-old overweight client who, after 10 training sessions with a personal trainer, can do the 100m crawl several times in a row. Before that, he swam only 25m very awkwardly and exhaustingly.
A 43-year-old client started running on his own and after two ineffective years decided to find a coach. After 5 months of working with Andrej, he improved his half marathon time by 17 minutes. Two weeks later, he ran his first marathon in a very good time of 3:29:36..
There are many, many more examples, so don’t hesitate and you can be one of those who will raise their hands above their heads at the finish line of the race in a few months.
